Venison marinade

A quick and delicious marinade for any steak meat.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup olive oil


• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar


• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce


• 1/4 cup soy sauce


• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard


• 2 teaspoons minced garlic


• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix together and soak the meat for 1-2 hours


2. Grill or fry marinade over steak


3. Add Salt and pepper to taste after cooking.
